Hi, I’m Chris.
I’m an independent software developer. I design, build and support every app on this site myself — from the first sketch to the support inbox.
My flagship app is On Record, a native app for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch that turns meetings into summaries, decisions and action items — with the AI running on your own Mac rather than someone else’s server.
Aviation runs through the rest of my work. Pilot Buddy puts the flight-planning maths flight simmers reach for most into one offline app for iPhone, iPad and Android, and ATLsim – CoPilot gives flight simmers a voice-controlled first officer for their checklists.
I care about software that is private by default, honest about what it does, and pleasant to use every day.

Privacy is a design decision
On Record runs its AI on your own Mac. Pilot Buddy doesn’t even ask for internet access. When an app doesn’t need your data, it shouldn’t have it.
Show your work
In On Record, every summary point links back to the moment it was said. Software — especially AI — earns trust by letting you check it.
Small and focused
Each app does a few things well, and feels at home on the platform it runs on.
